Product Features

• The Ikon ISB-36 is a 36" wide salamander broiler that can be ordered for either natural gas or liquid propane.
• It has stainless steel front and sides, and 3-level broiling positions. The infra-red burner is 35,000 BTU and it has a manual gas control from 300° to 1000°F.
• It is a standing pilot ignition system.
• The broiler pan is full width, and the machine comes with a 3/4" rear gas connection with a regulator.
• The adjustable spring balanced rack has three positions and a ball grip handle for ease and comfort when using.
• The unit comes with 4" adjustable, non-skid SS legs for countertop use.
