• The lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food-safe temperatures, and a full-length 12" deep removable cutting board mounts the table surface as a space for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.
• The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R450A refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
• This prep table comes with (4) 4" casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance.
• Two of these casters include standard locks, steadying the unit for safe use.
